Birmingham Deep Blue Freedive Skills Workshop

We are hosting a workshop for our members to focus on the technical side of freediving. Whether you are looking to refine your breath-hold technique, work on your finning efficiency, or just get more comfortable with equalization, this session is designed to help you build a stronger foundation in the water. We will spend time going over safety protocols and troubleshooting common issues so you can feel more relaxed and confident during your dives.

This event is open to anyone in the club, from those just getting started to experienced divers who want to drill the fundamentals. We want to keep the atmosphere relaxed and collaborative, so come ready to ask questions and share what has worked for you in the water. It is a great chance for us to connect as a community and prepare for the upcoming season.

Please let us know if you can make it by updating your status on the event page. We need to keep a close eye on numbers to ensure everyone gets enough attention during the practical work, so an early RSVP is appreciated.

Please register at the link below before attending. Places are limited and we cannot take everyone on the day.
