[IN-PERSON] Practice to speak and receive from the heart

This practice session is facilitated by Caroline Lecureur and the theme is "Deepening Empathy Skills in NVC " ─ related to chapters 7 "Receiving empathically" and 8 "The power of Empathy" from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life". Participants are encouraged to read at least those chapters before the session, for Best learning and practice benefits.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

At 16:50 we will be there to welcome participants, offer a general introduction at 17:00 and answer questions for newcomers before the actual practice session starts at 17:15.
