Calendar Girls

Based on the Miramax motion picture by Juliette Towhidi and Tim Firth.

What it’s about: A group of ordinary women decides to create an “unconventional” fundraising calendar after the loss of a close friend. News of the women’s charitable venture spreads like wildfire, and hordes of press soon descend on the small village of Knapeley in England’s Yorkshire Dales, changing everyone’s lives. Warm, funny, and deeply touching, this inspiring comedy celebrates courage, community, and finding joy in life’s unexpected moments.
