Le Hérisson Cafe and Pâtisserie

From Kyoto, Japan, Chef Mineko went to study her craft at Le Cordon Bleu Academie D’Art Culinaire de Paris and Ecole Gregoire-Ferrandi in Paris, France, before moving to Los Angeles. She worked in the kitchens of the Beverly Hills Hotel and L’Ermitage Beverly Hills before becoming Executive Pastry Chef at Koi on La Cienega, and Executive Pastry Chef at Cipriani Beverly Hills.

She opened Lé Herisson in Simi Valley, CA in October 2022 where the traditions of Japan and her classical French pastry training come together in high-quality, handmade pastries, baked goods, and custom-crafted drinks to be enjoyed by everyone.
