Celebrate the season with SPS! 🎄

Come ring in the holidays with your SPS family and friends. It’s our 50th anniversary year, so let’s close it out right! SPS will have tasty treats plus coffee, tea, and soft drinks. We’ll be showing member images (and images of members!) from the past year, announce our new Board members for 2027, and feature our annual Members’ Choice competition where you get to pick the best photo of the evening! And while the votes are being tallied, we'll test your general photography knowledge with our first-ever team trivia contest!

Bring a guest, bring your holiday cheer, and come celebrate the holiday season with your friends at SPS! (And please be sure to RSVP so we know how much food to bring!)

MEMBERS' CHOICE COMPETITION: Please upload ONE digital image for the Members' Choice Competition to the SPS website between November 4th and no later than Wednesday, December 2nd, at 9:00 pm. Please use the B&W link for B&W images and the color link for color images. The two galleries will be combined before the images are shown at the meeting. There is no theme for this competition; it can be any subject matter (but we ask you to keep it family friendly please!). The image may be black and white or color and must have been captured within the last 4 years. The image may not have been entered in a previous monthly competition nor shown in an SPS exhibition. During the evening, the attending members will vote on their favorite 3 images, and the image with the most votes will be the evening's winner. The winner will receive $100.00.
