🌸 Hiking is not a matter of muscles, but breathing and finding your own body's balance in harmony with nature. 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️
⛰️ Please enjoy hikes with guidance about pace, forks in the trails, break time and photo points.
👣 We will guide you to sensory hiking, meditative way of breathing, stretching and for some trails with barefoot walking, or meditative silent walking.
🍃 Hiking trails - Seoul Fortress, Hyehwamun Gate to Sukjeongmun Gate, and some part of Kimshinjo north korea spy trail
trails : well-managed trail, some part of stairs, some part of padded with mat, deck trail along forest
distance : 6~7Km
elevation gain : 287 meters
✅ Hiking start: 7PM sharp, Hansung Univ. Station(한성대입구) Exit 6, blue line (line4)
✅ Please, be there 10~20 minutes early to say hello, to get water, use the bathroom, etc.

✅RSVP YES on the event to get further information if it changes
✅ Attendance fee for your first two night hikes: 10,000 ₩ per event.
✅All night hikes are free after your second event.

⛈️ We hike in all kinds of weather. We are grateful for all weather and enjoy hiking safely in all conditions, just as they are!
☔️ In the case of heavy rain, we may:

1. Find a place on the trail to avoid rain.
2. Hike along anyway with umbrellas and rain jackets.
3. Urban hike to find the best local restaurant to have a meal with drinks!
