We're an English-Japanese international community right here in Saitama! We'll be getting together in Omiya every month. If you want to practice your Japanese or English, find new friends, or meet language partners, this is the perfect place for you! We're really looking forward to meeting you.

I remember we had a group like this in Saitama that met in Omiya before COVID. So, I decided to start it up again! Come join us!

Check-in time: 18:30–20:00

FAQ:
Q. I don't speak Japanese. Can I still join?
A. Of course! Everyone is welcome, and not speaking Japanese is no problem at all.

Q. Is there an entrance fee?
A. Yes, the entrance fee is 500 yen.

Q. My plans changed and I can no longer attend. What should I do? A. Please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. If it is a last-minute change or an emergency, please send me a direct message (PM).

Q. I didn’t register, but I have some free time today. Can I still join? A. Yes, you’re welcome to stop by, but you must join us by 20:00. (If you can't make it by 20;00 but are interested in joining, just send me a PM.)
Also, just be sure to check the event status beforehand to make sure it hasn't been canceled.

Q: I’m not sure if I can make it by 20:00. What should I do?
A. It depends on how things go that day. Don't RSVP—just send a PM to the organizer on the day of the event.

⚠️ Important: We want to ensure everyone has a great time with plenty of people to meet! If we don't reach at least 10 attendees by the day before, we'll hold off on this month's meetup. We will announce by 18:00 on Friday if the event is called off.

⛔ Attention: We highly value our respectful members. To ensure a great experience for everyone, last-minute cancellations without a valid reason (e.g., sudden illness/emergency) will result in immediate removal from the group.
Also, any non-exchange activities (soliciting for religion, investment, business, or other meetups) are strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.

大宮で英語日本語言語交換イベントはあったのですが、コロナの影響で自然消滅してしまったようなので作ってみました。

以下質問（FAQ）：
Q. 英語話せませんが大丈夫ですか？
A. 大丈夫です。

Q. 参加費は？
A. 参加費(運営費)として500円お願いします。飲み物はご自身で注文してくださいね。

Q. 予定が入って行けなくなりました。どうすればいいですか？
A. もし来られなくなった場合、前日までに必ず『欠席』に更新お願いします。当日のキャンセルする事情がある場合は私にまでメッセージ下さい。

Q. 参加表明していませんが、偶然当日時間ができました。参加してもよいですか？
A. いいですよ。ただし、2０時までに受付を済ませて参加してください（2０時以降の参加は原則お断りしていますが、状況によります。興味ある方は当日PM下さい）。 また、イベントが中止になってないか事前に確認してくださいね。

Q.当日2０時までに参加できるか分かりません。どうすればいいですか？
A.その日の状況によります。参加表明はせず、当日オーガナイザーまでにPM下さい。

⚠️ 重要： 前日までに申し込みが10名に満たない場合、ミートアップとしてより良い交流の場を整えるため、その月の開催は中止とさせていただきます。開催中止の場合は前日18時前後にアナウンスいたします。

⛔ 注意： 当イベントは、コミュニティを尊重して下さる参加者の方々の時間を最優先に運営しています。そのため、直前の当日キャンセルにつきましては、やむを得ない事情（体調不良や急用など）を除き、即グループから退会処分とします。
また言語・文化交換等の交流目的以外（宗教・投資・ビジネス、あるいは他のミートアップへの勧誘など）の行為があった場合は、同様に即退会処分とさせていただきます。
