The programme centres on excerpts from soundtracks by Oscar-winning composer Gabriel Yared (including The Talented Mr Ripley and The English Patient). Frank Strobel will also be conducting famous film themes by Maurice Jarre and Max Steiner’s ‘Casablanca’ suite. And of course, the tried-and-tested tonhalleLATE formula is back again this time: an orchestral concert hosted by Sandra Studer + classic meets electronic = a party highlight!
