Third Sunday Sound Reset at Living Water Community Center

Join Annie for a smooth and relaxing sound meditation on the third Sunday of each month. We'll be in the new meditation room at Living Water Community Center at 1000 Westover Hills Boulevard. Park in the big parking lot and walk through the main doors to find us, there will be signs to the new meditation room (just down a short hallway from the old one, easy easy!)

This fall evening's sound meditation will feature smooth calming singing bowls, flute, and maybe a few mystery sounds. The goal as always is a relaxing and insightful sound journey, or perhaps, if you need it, a delightful rest.

Please bring any comforts you would like! We have some comfy chairs, but most prefer floor space with a yoga mat, bolster, and blanket (we have those, too). Please consider bringing water or tea for grounding afterward. We do try to have hot water and tea on offer, but bringing your own cup is helpful and reduces waste!
