🎉 LA MERCÈ: WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WE’RE DOING 😂

Barcelona Night Adventure 🇪🇸🌍 Barcelona has decided to throw La Mercè. There will be music. 🎶 There will be performances. 💃 There will be thousands of people. 🥳 There will be things happening everywhere. And then there will be us. A group of international people wandering around Barcelona pretending that somebody has a plan. Nobody has a plan. And that is the plan. 😂 Tomorrow we're going out together to explore some of the events happening during La Mercè and see where the night takes us. Maybe we'll find an amazing concert. Maybe we'll discover something completely unexpected. Maybe we'll spend 25 minutes standing in the street discussing: “Wait… are we going THIS way or THAT way?” Statistically, all three are extremely likely. 🍻 WHAT EXACTLY ARE WE DOING? Excellent question. We’ll meet, introduce ourselves, explore some of the La Mercè activities together and move around depending on what looks interesting. This is NOT one of those events where you arrive, sit at a table and spend three hours asking: “So… what do you do?” No. We're going outside. We're exploring Barcelona. We're meeting people. We're watching random La Mercè stuff. We're probably walking much more than originally anticipated. And at some point somebody will inevitably say: “Guys, I know a place nearby.” It will not be nearby. 🌍 NEW IN BARCELONA? PERFECT. Seriously. You do not need to know anyone before coming. A huge part of these meetups is people arriving alone and leaving knowing people they didn't know a few hours earlier. So please don't sit at home thinking: "But I don't know anybody… 🥺" That's literally why these events exist. Come alone. Within approximately 12 minutes you'll probably be discussing your life with someone from a country you couldn't confidently locate on a map yesterday. ❤️😂 🐑 VERY IMPORTANT: DON'T BECOME THE LOST SHEEP La Mercè means A LOT of people. So the smartest strategy is: 👉 COME TO THE MEETING POINT ON TIME. Because finding a moving international group somewhere in Barcelona later may turn into a side quest worthy of an RPG. Forget awkward introductions. Forget spending another evening scrolling through Instagram watching other people enjoy Barcelona. Come outside and actually live here. Barcelona is celebrating La Mercè. We're going to explore it together. The city provides the entertainment. We provide the questionable organization. 🔥 RSVP and come with us. Worst case scenario? You walk around Barcelona during La Mercè with a bunch of international strangers. Best case scenario? They're not strangers anymore. ❤️🌍🍻
