Your brain was built for a world that no longer exists. Dr Helena Boschi, psychologist and applied neuroscientist, author of “Why We Do What We Do” (Wiley) and advisor to leadership teams across Europe, the US and Asia, said yes to Deep Dive. One night only, don’t wait to book your seat.

🧠 Lecture: “The Human Brain in the Modern World, and how to reach its maximum potential”
🎤 Speaker: Dr Helena Boschi, psychologist specialised in applied neuroscience, author of “Why We Do What We Do”
📍 Location: venue announced soon (central Barcelona)
📅 Tuesday, 10 November, doors open at 7:30 PM

We check our phones hundreds of times a day, run on too little sleep, make decisions all day long and are expected to stay sharp, calm and creative while everything around us keeps changing. The brain doing all of this is essentially the same organ our ancestors used to track animals and avoid snakes. So what happens when that brain meets the modern world, and what can we actually do about it?

Helena has spent over 25 years answering exactly that question, first inside companies like Accenture, Merck and British Airways, now with executive teams worldwide. She takes what neuroscience has learned about attention, stress, memory and decision-making and turns it into things you can use the next morning. No jargon, no wellness clichés, just how the machine works and how to run it better.

The talk runs about 60 minutes, followed by a short “so what?” discussion and open Q&A, with time to chat with Helena and the rest of the room after.
