Our weekly ruck! Meet in the deKoevend Park lot off University. We'll do quick intros, ruck about an hour on the High Line Canal, then head to Huckleberry Roasters for optional coffee/a bite.
Bring a weighted vest/backpack with some weight (water jugs or books work) or just come as you are. It's November, so dress in layers if needed. We'll cancel only for heavy snow or ice, and I'll post here if we do.
Come ready to share one thing you’re working on this week: fitness, career, a project, anything. We’ll talk about it on the trail.
