10:00-11:45 Zaanse Schans windmill village clogs factory with demonstration of making wooden shoes, cheese factory with demonstration of Dutch cheese and free tasting.
13:30-14:30 Group lunch for networking (optional, at own cost), 1-hour small boat trip cruising around Giethoorn (drive your own boat for a real local experience), free time.
15:30-16:30 Walking tour or free time.
17:00 Leave Giethoorn
18:30 Back in Amsterdam Centraal Station
