A Cracker Christmas Festival

Saturday, December 5

Gather your Holiday Cards and Packages that are ready for mailing to have them sent and decoratively postmarked from the Christmas Florida Post Office.
The next stop is the Christmas Cracker Festival which is a once a year event celebrating the Pioneer days and Christmas Battle (Seminole Wars). This event features live Historical demonstrations, craft vendors and various food booths. The term Cracker refers to a Native Floridian and the sound of the cracking of the whip used to herd large cattle drives throughout our State.
