End September with some movement, fresh air, and a solid stair workout at Hillcrest Park! We’ll kick things off together with a warm-up walk around Hillcrest Park, led by me. After the warm-up, we’ll head over to the iconic Hillcrest wooden stairs for an unled fitness session. Once we hit the stairs, the workout is yours! Stick with me or do your own thing — take the stairs at your own pace, set a personal challenge, mix in some walking, or get as many rounds in as you can. There’s no pressure to keep up with anyone. Whether you’re looking for a workout, want to get some extra steps in, or just enjoy being active with a good group of people, come join us! Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026 Time: 5:30 PM – 1-1.5 mile warm-up walk + stairs workout Meeting Spot & Parking: Bottom of the wooden stairs near Lions Field - 1440 N Brea Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92835 Event Details: We’ll start promptly at 5:30 PM with a group warm-up walk around Hillcrest Park After the warm-up, we’ll meet back at the wooden stairs for an unled fitness session Stick with me on the stairs or tackle them at your own pace Take breaks whenever you need them this is about getting moving, at your own pace (: Come for the whole session or get in as many steps as you have time for Free parking is available at Lions Field What to Bring: Comfortable workout shoes, water, sun protection, and plenty of energy! All fitness levels are welcome. The stairs can be challenging, so listen to your body, choose a pace that works for you, and take breaks as needed.
