When it comes to autumn traditions in Tanba Sasayama, it goes without saying that black beans are the ultimate delicacy ! 🫘✨ While some outdoor groups just take you to famous local shops, at 【KIOG】, our favorite tradition is getting hands-on ! We cut the black bean plants with scissors, pick the pods, and harvest them ourselves in the vast, peaceful fields ! 🌾✂️ We call this our signature “Black Beans Hunt” ! 🥳
Especially in the second half of October, these famous black beans reach their peak sweetness, so you’re guaranteed to get the freshest and most delicious beans of the year ! 🤤🍂
For lunch, we’ll savor a mouthwatering countryside buffet made with fresh local ingredients, including seasonal black beans ! 🥗🍱✨
To finish our day, let’s soak in the romantic autumn vibes at Kawashiro Park ! 🍁🍂 The park will be painted in vibrant autumn colors, and you’ll be mesmerized by the stunning views from two magical suspension bridges : Kawashiro Park Suspension Bridge and Hirotano Tsuribashi ! 🌉✨ The golden sun illuminating the orange foliage makes the atmosphere extra dreamy ! 🌅🧡
At Tanba Ryunosato Park nearby, there are also super fun photo spots where you can pose with dinosaurs ! 🦖📸 Honestly, once we hit the park, get ready for pure “Insta-worthy Time” ! 💖✨

This event is for making great autumn memories with instaworthy photos. Therefore please pass to join this event if you don’t like to be in group photos or you mind that you are taken photos.
6：One car will be available for this event and you can go to the locations by all locations. The compensation will be up to the scope of the personal accident insurance if the car accident were to happen. There is no compensation that is exceeded it. You have to fill in your full name, blood type and emergency contact information on emergency card and keep it in your bag before you ride on the car for the prompt action when car accident would be happened. Therefore, bring something to write with on that day.
7：‼️Dear all ‼️
Not only “Going for a drive event” is limited to the number of participants but also the organizer has enough preparations included booking something and buying tickets in advance every time. However, there were some irresponsible persons who said that they forgot about what they signed up to attend the event. It’s sure that the organizer has been bothered with such a behavior.
Especially, persons who have the following behaviors have this tendency, and it’s causing “Cancelation of the last minutes”.
No direct message even after several days after pushing “Going button”
No reply against a question of the organizer when there are not enough contents that are needed to fill in a direct message
No reply and a direct message from the organizer is not even read even after several days after the organizer sent information of the meeting place or after the organizer sent a reminder in order to reconfirm for the attendance when someone is in the waiting list
Therefore, if you’d have the following cases, you’d be moved to “Decline list” even if you were in “Going list” on this post after the organizer warn you by a direct message !
The organizer hopes to prioritize persons who really want to join the event first even if the person is in the waiting list if only the person reply to the organizer sincerely.

5：主催者はイベント中にSNS投稿用の写真や短い動画を撮影します。その際、氏名やSNSのアカウント等の個人が特定される情報は一切公開しない事をお約束します。このイベントは、インスタ映えする写真で最高の秋の思い出を作るためのものです。よって、集合写真に写るのが好きで無い方や、写真を撮られるのを気にされる方は、参加をお控え下さい。
6：このイベントには車1台が用意され、全てのロケーションに車で移動する事が出来ます。万一、交通事故が発生した場合、その賠償はドライバーの任意保険の範囲になります。それ以上の賠償は致しかねます。また、交通事故発生時に備え、車に乗る前に緊急連絡先カードにフルネーム、血液型、緊急連絡先を記載頂き、ご自身のバッグの中に保管頂く必要があります。よって当日は何か書くものをご用意下さい。
7：‼️皆様へのお願い‼️
”ドライブイベント”は参加頂ける人数に制限があるだけで無く、主催者は毎回、事前の予約やチケット購入など十分な準備を行なっておりますが、イベントの参加登録していた事を忘れていた言う無責任な方々がおられます。この様な行為に主催者は悩まされ続けているのも事実です。
特に以下の様な行為を取られる方々はその傾向にあり、それが”直前のキャンセル”の原因になっております。
“参加ボタン”を押した後、数日経ってもDMを送ってこない
・DMに必要な内容の記入漏れに対して、主催者が質問しても返答が無い
主催者から集合場所に関するお知らせ、キャンセル待ちリストにどなたかがおられる場合、イベントの数日前にイベント出欠の再確認の為のリマインダーをDMで送っても、数日経ってが返答がなく、既読にすらならない
よって、上記の様なケースが発生した場合、主催者がDMで警告をお送りした後に、たとえこの投稿の”参加者リスト”に登録されていても”キャンセル済みリスト”に移動させて頂きます。
主催者は真摯に返答して下さりさえすれば、たとえキャンセル待ちリストにおられてもイベントに本当に参加したい方々を優先致します。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い致します。
