LVMC Presents: Sonora Pass to Tuolumne on the PCT

Join Monica Hughes a she presents her journey on a five-day, 75-mile section hike on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) from Sonora Pass to Tuolumne Meadows through California's High Sierra. Beginning at Sonora Pass (9,624 feet) and traveling south to Yosemite National Park, this route traverses remote alpine terrain, high passes, expansive meadows, volcanic ridgelines, glacially carved valleys, and some of the most scenic landscapes on the PCT. LVMC presentations are held in the community meeting room at REI in Boca Park at 7 pm. LVMC meetings are the 4th Wednesday of the month. The club will provide snacks and water. See you there!
