There will be a guided meditation followed by Q&A/discussion. The evening will end with some tips about how to continue regular and going deeper meditation at home.
For beginners, there will be an introduction to our "Subtle System", 7 main chakras (energy centers), 3 channels, and Kundalini.
All welcome to join. The event is always free.
