Join Ali Fitzpatrick on Tuesday, November 24th for a special Kundalini Meditation and Gong Bath for gratitude and awakening the heart!

> > We’ll start with a short movement practice, followed by a longer meditation to awaken our heart spaces and connect in with the infinite field of gratitude and love and to really drop us into the quantum field. We’ll close our time together with an extra long Savasana Gong Bath to let all of the energies of the evening integrate.

> > You’ll leave feeling more alive, heart centered and able to let go of any stuck energies and patterns that might be present for you.

> > Please bring a mat (and yoga block/meditation cushion/pillow/blanket if you like) for your practice and the gong bath in the sanctuary.
