Join for a walk or jog around the Park with Parkrun. It is 5k in two loops, and no one will be left behind.

We meet by the Parkrun sign and head to the start for 8:50, and start the run at 9.

Please note, it is suggested if you do Parkwalk to do one lap instead of two, to enable you to join the rest of the group at the end.

Parkrun happens every Saturday with a start tome of 9am. Sign up on their website for your barcode if you want to keep track of your progress.
