Join the Sierra Club Massachusetts Chapter on a fall hike through Ames Nowell State Park in Abington, Massachusetts.
The hike will be on a trail that goes around Cleveland pond (Ames Nowell Loop) through a forested area with some wetlands, bridges and a couple of water views. The Ames Nowell look is about 4.4 miles with a 160-200 foot elevation gain. There are often areas along the hike that can be muddy so be sure to bring appropriate footwear. This hike will be at a normal to slow pace with frequent stops.
Further information regarding the hike, including parking and exact trailhead location, will be provided to those who register.
