There are scam emails circulating impersonating the organiser of this group. I do not email authors, I do not request money, and all funds raised through this book club go directly to charity. Monday nights are rubbish... But wait, they don't have to be! What are we reading? The Dream Hotel. Sara is at the airport, travelling home from a work conference. Out of nowhere she's pulled aside by agents from the Risk Assessment Administration. Their algorithm has determined that she's an immediate threat to her husband, and must be kept under observation at a retention centre for twenty-one days. The evidence? Data collected from her dreams. We're a very relaxed and friendly book club so please join in. Tickets sell out quickly! There’s nothing we can do about that, sorry - we sometimes get cancellations closer to the day of the event so check back if you’ve missed out. Also, people always ask about a waiting list - unfortunately Meetup don’t offer this feature for this type of event.
