Austin Museum Day walk, near the UT campus

Join us for an easy-paced urban walk of about 5 miles on the UT campus and through university neighborhoods as we visit several museums on Austin Museum Day. The day is a free celebration of art, culture, history, music, nature, and science. Over thirty museums in the greater Austin area will welcome visitors with special programming, exhibitions, and activities. Our group will choose 4 to 5 museums within walking distance, and spend about 15 minutes at each one. We may also stop briefly for food and drink along the way. If you wish to stay longer or shorter, you may depart from the group - please let the Leader or Sweep know so that everyone is accounted for. Bring cash /card if refreshment or alternate transportation is desired. Participants will need to sign a Liability Waiver at the trailhead.
