Norwich Japanese/English Language Exchange 日本語/英語　言語交換イベント

We'll be practising our English or Japanese at The Refectory Bakery and Café by the Norwich Cathedral, from 2pm-3.30pm.

To make sure this is a true exchange of languages, we have only one small rule that we kindly ask be followed; for the first 45 minutes we will strictly be speaking English (as most of our attendees are likely native English speakers, this will allow us to get to know each other in a fairly relaxed way), and then for the last 45 minutes we will be speaking only Japanese. Please do not worry if you are only a beginner or if you feel your Japanese is not up to par, you can consider it listening practice and can of course still speak a little English to support a conversation in Japanese if it helps.

To support the café, please consider purchasing a drink or cake.

We will be on the table with the Japanese textbooks.

日本語・英語の言語交換イベントのお知らせ 今度の土曜日、ノリッジ大聖堂のカフェ「ザレフェクテリー」にて、午後2時から3時30分まで、英語と日本語の練習会を行います。 本当の意味での「言語交換」となるよう、ひとつだけ簡単なルールを設けさせていただいています。最初の45分間は英語のみで会話します(参加者の多くは英語のネイティブスピーカーですが、日本語のレベルはさまざまですので、まず英語から始めることで、皆さんがよりリラックスしてお互いを知ることができるかと思います)。その後の45分間は日本語のみで会話します。初心者の方や、まだ自信がないという方もご心配なく。リスニングの練習と考えていただいて構いませんし、よりスムーズに日本語での会話を続けるために、多少英語を交えていただいても、もちろん大丈夫です。
