Every Saturday 7:30 am @ Subang PARC, Calisthenics Park

Wanted to start being fit, but don’t know where the first step is?

Absolutely beginner-friendly and progress is promised

⛅️ 7:30 AM — Say Hi & warm up
🎤 7:40AM — Workout Explanation / Demonstration / Safety Precautions
🏃‍➡️ 8:00 AM — Actually DOING IT!
🍖 8:30 AM or later — Hanging out to push harder & MAKAN time

🩳 Dress code:
Sport Attire that you're comfortable with!

👜 Bring Along:

Yoga mat
Resistance Band (no stress if not)
Hydration
Mosquitoes Repellent
A friend if you enjoy
