BATCH It's fitting that as your new organizer, we go somewhere that also made some changes. Batch just recently went through a rebrand, and it shows! The menu is just incredible, I suggest looking over the menu beforehand, or it could take a long time to decide! BatchLocalKitchen.com Free Parking: Batch has a parking lot right next (at The Manor) and also has about 150 spaces on the first two floors that are free for the first 4 hours. .BASIC GUIDELINES: 1. RSVP's: If you can't come, you must change your RSVP. Simple as 1-2-3: - Go to the event page and go to bottom of that page - Click "Edit RSVP" - Click "Not Going" This way others on the waitlist have a chance to come, and the restaurant can be notified to change our reservation. If you can't come, Cancelling or Changing your RSVP is a basic courtesy. Repeated No-Shows or Cancellations under 72 hours notice, will be removed from this group. 2. GUESTS: You may bring a guest if you tick the "guest" button when you RSVP. Please do not show up with a guest if you have not registered them. Please change your RSVP or message me if your guest can't make it. 3. SEPARATE CHECKS: We will be getting separate checks. No fuss splitting the bill with a bunch of people. 4. BONUS GOODIE BAG! Full Disclosure: I'm a Realtor. Jot down your name, email and phone and receive a Goodie Bag! I will not spam you. I may give you a quick text, call or email once every few months. By attending, you agree to these terms. 5. NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: If you truly could not cancel ahead of time, please let me know as soon as possible after the event. Why This Matters: The restaurant has reserved seating and made staffing arrangements based on our RSSVP head count, and People on the waiting list can't attend when you simply don't show up or cancel last minute. 6. LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the event. Some restaurants won't even seat us if the full group is not present on time, and some places will turn us away altogether. If we've already been seated at a smaller table and you're late, and then there won't be a seat for you. If you are late there may no longer be a seat for you by the time you arrive. 7.
