Fireside chat: Hiring in the Age of AI

Hello everyone!

It’s that time again ... the Tech Leads MeetUp is back with a new fireside chat! This time, we’ll be discussing tech hiring and the role of AI. We want to get to know the topic from all angles, so we’re bringing together three perspectives: a recent job seeker, a talent recruiter, and a hiring engineering manager.

Our speakers will be:

Biserka Cvetkovska, Director of Engineering at Outfit7
Ani Subotič, Talent Acquisition, HR & Employer Branding Specialist at Better
Ines Panker, Staff Software Engineer

We’ll talk about how recruiting and interviewing have evolved due to AI, which skills are becoming more important, and what role AI plays in testing technical skills.

If you’re interested in hearing different perspectives and picking up a few new insights or just want to listen and hang out after with some drinks and food - make sure to join us!

🗓 When: November 11th at 18:00
📍 Where: Sportradar’s offices (Litostrojska cesta 52a)
