What about we have fun with vocal and rhythmic expression in an embodied way?
We will connect to ourselves and others in a playful way.
A chance to come to joy and relaxation together.
Don't worry about having experience or "a good voice", let's just have fun together.

Practicalities:
18:30 Doors open and settling in
19:00 We warm up and connect with some light exercises
19:30 Voice Improvisation !!!
20:30 Break
20:40 We decide together if we continue or we just hang out and relax.
22:00 Closing time
Everything is optional. You can always pass, observe, or join us later.
