Programme: Walking from bus stop to Monte Tortuga, there introduction to Vipassana and Sunset meditation, and after sunset walk back, food in nearby fantastic Colombian restaurant El Parcero.
What to bring: Winter jacket, something to sit on for meditation. Big bottle of water, comfortable shoes and plenty of clothes, snack, friends, pets, good mood.
