This is a 56.6 km loop ride with 47.3 km paved surface and 9.3 km hard-packed trail. There is a coffee stop at Doughnut Love, Como Lake Ave & Poirier St, and lunch is at The Gillnetter Pub. Parts of this route are new.

Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly. There is one substantial hill near the start.
