Ladies, this is the day out you've been waiting for.
Bloom Day 2026: Ladies Day Out is a FREE World Menopause Day celebration for 350 women. Join us Sunday, October 18, from 3 to 7 PM at the Pavilion at Sunrise Park in Palm Springs. It's an official Blue Zones Week event.
The afternoon includes:
A keynote from Shanae Smith, founder of the Midlife Bloom Method: "You Are Not Declining. You Are Blooming."
Menopause 101 with Dr. Leita J. Harris, MD
A live, anonymous Q&A where no question is off limits, with panelists including Mihai Patru, Executive Director of Blue Zones Project Palm Springs
