Most of us have a business, a team, or a life that runs through one person. Every question comes back to her. Every task ends up on her list. When you add AI to a system like that, the chaos gets faster.
Eleah Miner builds AI systems for small business owners whose work still runs through them. She is also a solo mom raising a neurodivergent son and the primary breadwinner for her family. She built her own system because she has about 20 flexible hours a week to work, and at any moment school or family needs can rearrange the day. Her system keeps the business moving without asking her to live like she has eight uninterrupted hours.
Eleah will walk us through how she builds and then give you an opportunity to create a master prompt outline. She starts with the thing causing the most chaos, because a nervous system on alert does worse work than a calm one. She builds small on purpose, one process at a time, and makes each piece a little better every time she touches it. Her systems rest on a few plain tools you can start using this week: a master prompt that tells any AI model who you are and how you work, an active context file for each client or project, and a set of skills that teach the system how you want things done. She manages the whole thing by talking, from the gym, from the car, from a walk between calls.
You will leave with a one-page template, the same master prompt outline Eleah uses, and one honest answer to her question: what are you still doing at ten at night because no one else can do it but you? That is your chaos. The smallest system that can hold one piece of it is where you start.
About the speaker
Eleah Miner is an AI systems architect, founder of Leala, and solo mom based in Boulder, Colorado. She builds AI systems and websites for small business owners whose work has outgrown what they can hold alone. Her work comes from a practical question: how do you build a business and raise a neurodivergent child in about 20 flexible hours a week? She hosts the Leala podcast and makes Super Snakes That Meditate with her seven-year-old son. Her writing and resources are at leala.co.
This room is open to men who want to build this future with intention, and we're glad to have you.
