Finding photography inspiration in Het Depot

Let’s step outside photography for a while and look for inspiration in other forms of art. For this meetup, we’ll visit the museum Het Depot in Rotterdam. Rather than looking at photography itself, we’ll focus on different artistic mediums and formats: paintings, sculptures, design, installations, and more. What can we take away from these different ways of creating and communicating visually? Can they change the way we approach our own photography? We’ll wander through the museum, share observations, and see what sparks our imagination. Afterwards, we’ll head to the restaurant on the top floor for a drink and discuss what we experienced, what stood out, and what we might take back into our photography. 🎟️ Please note: everyone needs to purchase their own ticket in advance to enter Het Depot.
