Saturday Morning Run.

Our Saturday morning run starts at "The Rock" at Lady Bird Lake. It's a large granite rock under Mopac highway, on Veteran's Drive/Stephen F. Austin Dr. (The rock with a plaque on top and on the side. It's near the trail map.) The trail is near the Austin High School tennis courts. (Austin High address is 1715 W. Cesar Chavez.) We meet at 8:00 and kick off at 8:10. We'll follow a route around the lake trail, doing 3-10 miles based on the loop you choose. Paces range from 8-12 minute miles. After the run, join us for breakfast at Galaxy Cafe, 1000 W Lynn St. Please follow Covid-19 protocols.
