In this group we talk about ourselves, our lives, our experiences, and our goals - big, small, and ethereal!
In this group we explore topics of life, spirit, practices, and things that make us go huh?

But, most of all – we get together as women
to have fun and support each other in living
“bigger”, “better”, and more dynamic lives - whatever that means for you!

This group is for ALL women at EVERY age!
This is a drop-in group; come to one, come to all - up to you.

My passion has always been the study and practice of anything to expand the awareness of who I am as an infinite being. I have spent decades facilitating various women’s groups around topics of empowerment, goal setting, and spirituality.

I believe we are better humans when we exist, learn, study, and play, in community with like minded souls. We look forward to meeting you!
