This evening has quietly become one of my favorite events of the month ✨
It’s a chance to slow down a little, gather around great food, enjoy warm conversations and laughter, and then take a walk through Downtown Los Altos, enjoying live music of all different styles and genres 🎶
We’re changing the format a little. From now on, each month we’ll meet at a great restaurant in Los Altos.
This Friday, we’re meeting at Aurum — one of my favorite Indian restaurants in the Bay area, and one that has also been recognized by the Michelin Guide.
After dinner, we’ll take a walk through Downtown Los Altos, where live bands will be playing on almost every corner. Some of us will stop and listen, some might dance or sing along, and others will simply walk around and enjoy the atmosphere.
Since restaurant reservations in Downtown Los Altos on the first Friday of the month are difficult to secure — and restaurants often charge significant fees for no-shows — there will be a small, non-refundable fee to join this event. The amount is still symbolic, but your payment confirms your commitment to attend and arrive on time.
Please be responsible with your RSVP. We’ll be keeping track of no-shows so that spots can go to people who genuinely plan to attend.
And one more important thing: this evening is open to both our longtime members and those joining us for the first time. Everyone is welcome!
