AFTERHOURS 1.0 is DBIT’s flagship 24-hour inter-college technical hackathon. It brings together student builders, creators, and developers to innovate and ship functional projects in a single non-stop window.
Problem statements drop right at the start line—whatever working product your team ships when the clock stops is what gets evaluated.

| Pre-Qualification Round | 20 – 23 October 2026 | Online remote selection round. Solve from anywhere with no travel required. |
| Results & Finalists | 27 October 2026 | Qualified teams announced for the offline finale. |
| 24-Hour Offline Finale | 30 – 31 October 2026 | Starts at 09:30 AM IST on 30 October at DBIT Campus. |

⚙️ Participation & Rules

Team Size: 2 to 4 members (includes Team Lead).
Cross-College Teams: Allowed. Members from different institutions can team up (each member registers with their own college details).
Format: Online Pre-Qualification Round, 24-Hour In-Person Finale.
Registration Fee: ₹1,000 per team (paid via Unstop).

Food Included:
Day 1: Lunch and Dinner
Day 2: Breakfast
Resting Area: Designated indoor campus resting areas available for overnight stretches. (Note: No hotel or dormitory lodging is provided).
