Classic Literature Group — September meetup

Welcome to the Classic Literature Book Club! We will be discussing EAST OF EDEN by John Steinbeck. New members are welcome as well! Participation fee is €1. About the book club: In this group, we’ll be focusing on classical literature – and no, not old, dusty stories – but timeless classics that are still regarded as great works today! That’s why books may be chosen based on the following guidelines: books published before 1960 books that appear on a ‘classics list’, such as: The Guardian list, The Modern Library, NYT Top 100 best novels , Penguin 100 must-read classics At the end of every meeting, you can nominate a book according to these main guidelines.
