Sunday Morning Run

Welcome to the run club that actually goes your pace! 🐌 Join us for our weekly Sunday runs at 10am! Our usual routine is meeting at the southeast corner of the Panhandle (near the William McKinley statue) for a 5K run through Golden Gate Park! 🏃 All paces are welcome — recommended pace range is 10-15:00min/mile. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

🕙 SCHEDULE: Meet at 10am. Warm up at 10:10am. Head out at 10:15am sharp! Grab coffee nearby and hang out back at the park (optional)

🌦️ WEATHER: If rain is in the forecast, we’ll send a confirmation or cancellation update by 9:00am. Consider turning on email notifications so you don’t miss it.

📝 NOTE: Slow Runners Club is a community-organized running group. Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own safety and comfort. Listen to your body, use caution and common sense (eg when crossing intersections or running on uneven terrain), and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
