Talk Talk Ici | Japanese Lunch Talk - Native & Non-Native Speakers Welcome

Talk Talk Ici | Japanese Talk

Talk Talk Ici is one of the public conversation series organised by Toc Toc Ici, an international cultural association based in Lyon.
Our goal is simple: to bring people together through conversations, cultures and meaningful human connections.

Japanese is the featured language of this session, but conversations are multilingual.

You’re welcome whether you speak Japanese, are learning Japanese, or simply want to meet people from different cultures. French and English are also commonly spoken, so you don’t need to speak Japanese to join.
This is not a language class. There are no teachers, no lessons and no pressure.
Native speakers are welcome, but they are never required. Everyone contributes in their own way, and every conversation is an opportunity to learn from one another.

What to expect

Friendly conversations in a relaxed atmosphere
Meet Japanese speakers and people from different cultures and backgrounds
Practice Japanese naturally through real conversations — while connecting with people in a multilingual environment
Find language partners, make new friends and expand your international circle
All levels are welcome
