Overview

Quality Synthesis is a card-driven software design game where cross-functional teams construct layered testing frameworks to mitigate architectural risks.
During this session, participants will work through a software scenario, using a structured deck to map out their chosen quality approach using testing techniques, strategies and validation metrics.
The twist: AI has already solved the problem under the game's specific constraints. At the end of the session, teams will review their human-engineered solutions side-by-side with the AI's output to compare differences in strategic reasoning, context application, and system design. Let the games begin!!

Bio: James is a former QA turned BA who went from exploring systems for bugs to mapping them for improvements. He is a self described human-centric technologist. When he's not taking tech he loves to share his passion for cinema.

About our group
All Things Testing Brisbane Meetup aims to share knowledge in the software community about testing practices, ideas, tools and methodologies. All are welcome, whether you are a tester, a developer, or any other role. Only passion and enthusiasm are required
