Denver Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Meetup

Hosted on the first Wednesday of every month, this is a casual and low-key event to get to know the Denver ETA community better. This is suited for those new to Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition or seasoned investors. We discuss people's past experiences in acquisitions, startups, and the corporate world across various industries.

This month we will be talking all about Quality of Earnings. Three words that tend to show up right around the time a deal starts getting very real.

For our next Denver ETA Meetup, we’re bringing in Avnit from Treewalk to break down Quality of Earnings (QoE) from a buyer’s perspective.

We’ll talk about what a QoE is actually trying to tell you, what buyers should be paying attention to, and some of the things that can hide behind that nice, clean Adjusted EBITDA number in the CIM.

Collectively, the search community is a powerful one. Both the process of looking for a business and operating one post-acquisition can be an incredibly challenging road.

We will be in the back room at River North Brewery. We are so fortunate to be at River North with a great space. Thank you!

Networking, then a panel discussion or interview, followed by more networking. Acquisition entrepreneurship is a fabulous space.

Small Business. Acquisitions. And Entrepreneurship.

This event is organized by PROX Search Capital, a fund dedicated to supporting and investing in self-funded search deals. If you have a deal you want reviewed or need financing for, please reach out to [email protected].
