Heart Light Magic: Walking & Meditation in Nature Group at Sunset Cliffs

Come join us for a beautiful experience out in nature, including a 15-20 minute group meditation, followed by a lovely, mindful 30 minute walk. The last 15-20 minutes, we'll have some time for discussion over tea and cookies to consider how to bring the meditation theme qualities more into our lives, and how this energy may transform our world for the better. I look forward to a wonderful experience of sharing wisdom and insights with one another, and hope to see you there!

The core focus of our meditations has to do with aligning with one's "Heart Light" and embracing one's heart qualities, focusing on Love, Light, Peace, and so forth. The more we are able to see life through the lens of "Heart Light Magic," this may bring greater joy and appreciation into one's current life circumstances while also setting the tone for a wonderful future as well. Each month's meditation will be a transformative opportunity to connect to one's "Heart Light", shifting into the energy of even greater Love and Light, one step at a time. Your presence will be greatly appreciated as we support and uplift each other through this process!

What to bring:
For the meditation, if you'd like, you may consider bringing a towel or lightweight blanket to sit on, or also a bag or backpack to carry the towel for our walk after the meditation.

Directions and Meeting Point:
We'll meet in the lower level parking lot of Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, which is at the end of Ladera St., San Diego, CA 92107. To get to this parking lot, you'll need to drive south all the way down Sunset Cliffs Blvd., turn left on Ladera St., and then turn right into the parking lot. After turning into the parking lot, you'll need to turn right again in order to reach the lower level parking lot, which is the larger main parking area.
