🎅 Christmas on the Rails brings together holiday magic and Toronto-area transit history. The museum's vintage streetcars, buildings and grounds are decorated for the season, with Christmas carols and the chance to ride historic streetcars through the winter scenery. Santa may even make an appearance!

🚋 What we'll experience

Ride historic streetcars and explore this fascinating transportation museum.
Enjoy the festive Christmas decorations and seasonal atmosphere.
Spend a few hours discovering the museum and enjoying the rides.
Warm up with some holiday treats if you wish (food and drinks at the museum are extra).
Finish the outing with a meal and social time at Chuck’s Roadhouse before heading back to Toronto.

Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026
Departure: 11:30 AM from Toronto by Christie Station Destination: Halton County Radial Railway Museum, Milton
Transportation: Rental SUV or minivan
After the museum: Chuck’s Roadhouse for dinner
Return: Toronto after late lunch; exact return time will depend on the evening's schedule and traffic. Will be back at Christie Station around 6PM

💰 Cost: $85 per person

Your $85 covers:

Round-trip transportation from Toronto in a rental SUV or minivan.
Admission to Christmas on the Rails at the museum.

Dinner, drinks and any additional purchases are at your own expense. At Chuck’s Roadhouse, everyone is responsible for their own food and beverage costs.

Please don't RSVP expecting a seat to be held without payment. We're renting a vehicle, so space is limited and reservations need to be confirmed in advance.
