Clear Breath, Clear Energy: Daoist Organ & Meridian Breathwork

In this class, we explore powerful Daoist breathing practices designed to clear, nourish, and harmonize the internal organs and meridian pathways. Rooted in traditional Daoist Neidan (internal alchemy) principles, these breath techniques help release stagnant energy, emotional blockages, and physical tension while cultivating vibrant health and inner clarity. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and focused awareness, you will learn to: Cleanse and strengthen the major organs, For this specific session it will be the Dominant and Weak organ pairs associated with the late Summer: Dominant (wang): Spleen (yin) / Stomach (yang) — Earth Damp, harvest, holding, transforming food and thought. Weakest in that season: Kidney / Bladder (Water) Earth controls Water, so the Water pair is the one under restraint while Earth is on the throne. (Liver/Gallbladder, which control Earth, are “imprisoned”—active but not in charge.) Open and balance the primary meridian lines Improve energy flow (Qi) throughout the body Release stored emotions and mental stress Deepen your connection to your body’s innate healing intelligence All levels are welcome — whether you are new to breathwork or have an existing practice.
