Venue Aloft Mountain View (Address: 840 E El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA 94040) \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Event: Here is your chance to meet Nan Lin, founder of 4DIFY and a California real estate developer, investor, and operator who is helping bring 3D-printed concrete housing into the California market. Nan will share how his real estate development experience and 4DIFY’s 3D concrete printing technology are being combined to rethink how homes can be built—covering development, construction, permitting, cost efficiency, and the potential for scalable housing. Nan’s work includes one of California’s earliest fully permitted 3D-printed concrete home communities in Yuba County, giving him a unique perspective on taking emerging construction technology from concept through entitlement, permitting, and delivery. What is 3DCP? The future of construction How 4DIFY/3DCP addresses California's housing needs and issues Process of 3D printing a home Advantages of a 3D-printed concrete home Benefits to homeowners, landlords, and investors Referral program About the speaker: Nan Lin is a California real estate developer, investor, and operator with more than 17 years of experience across acquisition, entitlement, ground-up development, renovation, financing, and asset management. He is the founder and principal of Kaizen Capital, founded in 2012, and has completed more than 130 projects, including ground-up developments, renovations, and subdivision and condo-map entitlements. Nan is also the founder of 4DIFY, a construction-technology company focused on 3D-printed concrete housing. Through 4DIFY, he is leading a 3D-printed concrete home community in Yuba County, one of California’s earliest such developments. His work focuses on improving construction efficiency, housing delivery, and scalability while working within California’s permitting and regulatory environment. Nan’s experience is particularly relevant to real estate investors and developers because he brings together the perspectives of an owner, developer, investor, and construction-technology entrepreneur. His work provides a practical look at where 3D-printed construction is today, what challenges still need to be solved, and where the technology may create opportunities for the future of residential development.
