Zen meditation is back at St Paul’s East Brisbane Hall from 10th August, then each Wednesday. Introduction for newcomers is available and all are welcome.
Schedule is as follows:
6:45 Arrival to set up
7:00 Opening chants and Zazen (sitting meditation)
7:25 Kinhin (walking meditation)
7:30 Zazen
7:55 Closing chants
8:00 Pack up and tea
(please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can begin on time at 7:00 pm)

Cost is by donation (suggested $5, or as can afford) and used to cover hall hire. Please note, cost should not be a barrier to participation.
