The goal is to keep things relaxed and low-pressure, providing a welcoming space to share your work, read a favorite poem by someone else, or simply sit back and listen to others. We keep the focus on community and conversation rather than performance, so you will find a supportive group ready to chat over some light snacks.

This event is open to anyone in the area who wants to connect with fellow word lovers in a grounded, friendly environment. You do not need to bring a finished masterpiece to attend, just yourself and whatever enthusiasm you have for the written word. We meet to share ideas, offer encouragement, and enjoy the company of others who appreciate the craft.
