This run starts from Davis Square and heads out to Somerville, Medford, Cambridge, and surrounding towns. This is a zero-drop run, meaning we run for a little bit and then stop to let everybody catch up. Because we stay together as a group, we ask that all runners are able to keep a minimum pace of 10 min/mile.
MANDATORY Fall/Winter running gear:
With early darkness upon us, we must don headlamps and/or Light-up vest!
Safety gear helps protect you and your fellow runners. Headlamps and other gear are relatively cheap on Amazon.
This is MANDATORY for running with our group.

After the run, everyone is invited to hang out at Dragon Pizza.
