Walk It Out Wednesday....Mountain Crest Park

👟🌅Daylight Savings may have come to an end but that doesn't mean we can't Walk It Out! Let's shake off some stress, burn off some energy, and clear our minds!! 🚶‍♀️

This park offers a well lit paved loop around the perimeter. Join us for a casual, low-pressure evening group walk filled with fresh air, friendly faces, and great conversation! Whether you're looking to unwind, get your steps in, or simply enjoy some good company, this is the perfect midweek reset!

WHEN: Wednesday, Nov 4 at 5:30 pm

WHERE: Mountain Crest Park, 4701 N. Durango (Durango and Lone Mountain).

WHERE TO MEET: Enter the park from N. Durango. Follow the road past the playground to the end. I will be standing next to my white Honda CRV. (See pics)

PARKING: There is a large paved parking lot.

ROUTE: We will follow the mostly flat, paved route around the perimeter of the park. There is plenty of light. A loop is 1 mile. I plan on walking at least 2 laps, but you can walk as many as you want.

WHAT TO BRING: Sturdy walking shoes, water, good vibes.
